LatinxEd is a nonprofit organization based in North Carolina.

You may use this site for lawful purposes, and for learning about, applying to, or supporting LatinxEd's work.

You agree not to: submit false, misleading, or someone else's information without their permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its forms, or its underlying systems; interfere with the site's operation, including through automated scraping, bots, or attacks; use the site to harass, threaten, or harm others; or reproduce or redistribute our content in ways these terms do not allow.

Unless noted otherwise, the content on this site — including text, reports, graphics, photography, video, and the LatinxEd name and logo — belongs to LatinxEd or is used with permission.

You may read, share, link to, and quote our published reports and newsroom articles with attribution to LatinxEd. You may not use the LatinxEd name, logo, or brand assets to suggest endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

When you submit something through a form — a session proposal, a nomination, an application, a message — you keep ownership of it. You give LatinxEd permission to use it for the purpose you submitted it for, including reviewing it, responding to it, and running the related program.

You confirm that what you submit is accurate, is yours to share, and does not violate anyone else's rights.

Information on this site about the Fellowship, the Latine Education Summit, scholarships, awards, and other programs is provided for general information. Eligibility, deadlines, fees, and terms are set out in each program's own materials and may change.

Submitting an application or nomination does not guarantee acceptance, a scholarship, or a spot at an event.

Donations are processed by a third-party platform under its own terms and privacy policy. Donations to LatinxEd support our programs generally unless designated otherwise.

We link to other organizations, news coverage, and resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time.

The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, immigration, or educational placement advice. Our reports and articles are for information and advocacy. Please consult a qualified professional for advice about your situation.
