Latinx Education Center, Elon, NC, seeks a Program and Curriculum Specialist. The position is remote; the employee may work from any residence in North Carolina and must reside in North Carolina.
Duties include developing and improving program curricula, designing and analyzing surveys and other data collection methods, assessing program impact, and facilitating leadership development trainings.
Must have a Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Leadership Development, Education, International or Latino Studies, or a related field, and verbal and written fluency in Spanish and English. Monthly travel required to unanticipated locations in North Carolina.
