Andrea Freile brings a passion for cultural intelligence, community voice, and leadership development to her work at LatinxEd. Originally from Quito, Ecuador, and now rooted in Goldsboro, North Carolina, she has spent her career helping organizations and public leaders navigate diverse perspectives and build trust with the communities they serve. Across North Carolina, Andrea has partnered with nonprofits, educators, businesses, and community leaders to strengthen collaboration and guide institutions through complex challenges while centering lived experience and community voice. She also brings direct experience in education, having served as a Professor of Communications at Wayne Community College and as Strategic Communications & Engagement Coordinator for Wayne County Public Schools. Through this work, Andrea has focused on strengthening relationships between institutions and the communities they support.
