🚀 Expectations for Awardees

Confirm attendance & accept award by mid-July
Attend La Fiesta in-person on Oct 16, 2025 (6–9 PM)
Register for Summit with a promo code
Submit headshot and bio
Prepare a 2–3 minute speech
Participate in a short video reflection
Sign a photo/video release
Communicate with organizers
Support accessibility efforts (e.g., interpretation)
Submit post-event feedback
